All properties staged within November or December 2025 will receive an extra 2 weeks of staging FREE to cover the seasonal period.

NB: Our standard staging period is 6 weeks. During November & December we are offering an extra 2 weeks free, so 8 weeks of staging. After the 8 weeks have expired the opportunity to extend will be given if required.
Extensions will be charged at the following rate with a minimum 2-week extension:
Original stage price up to $1200 + GST = $150 + GST per week to extend
Original stage price between $1225 - $2025 + GST = $200 + GST per week to extend
Original stage price between $2050 - $2250 + GST = $250 + GST per week to extend
Original stage price $2275 - $2600 + GST = $300 + GST per week to extend
Original stage price $2625 + GST and over = $350 + GST per week to extend
